Occupational Therapist - 

Sign On Bonus: $2500 

Wage Range:  $32 - $45/hr

8 hour shifts Mon- Friday 

7 -10  patients treated per day - All Acute Inpatient 

- General Certification Requirements: BLS

- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Hand, lymph, neuro, pediatric, acute care, nursing home.

- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: All are seen at our facility.

Would prefer if experienced in all areas, but flexible and understanding if inexperienced in
certain areas.

- EMR: Epic

- Shifts & Scheduling: We are open 7am to 5pm but most of our OTs work 8:30-5pm Monday
through Friday.

- NO Weekend Requirements:
